ELIGIBILITY FOR SERVICE
To access our services, clients must be at least 18 years of age, provide accurate and complete shipment information, and comply with all applicable local and international shipping regulations.
BOOKING AND PAYMENT
All service bookings must be completed in advance through our official website or authorized customer support channels. Full payment is required prior to service commencement. We accept multiple payment methods, including credit and debit cards as well as bank transfers. Pricing may vary depending on shipment size, weight, and destination.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
Cancellations made within forty eight hours of booking may qualify for a partial refund. Cancellations made less than forty eight hours before scheduled shipment are non refundable. Where applicable, approved refunds will be processed within ten business days.
SHIPMENT SAFETY AND COMPLIANCE
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipments comply with applicable safety, legal, and regulatory requirements. All required documentation must be provided in accordance with destination and transit regulations. Tranvexor Global Logistics is not liable for issues arising from undeclared, restricted, or prohibited items.
